What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in‑person and virtual communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and effectiveness
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards in compliance with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
  • Strong project management abilities
