Seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families, setting realistic goals and discharge plans.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, education, and discharge instructions in accordance with departmental guidelines.
- Provide patient and family education, and serve as a resource for rehabilitation services and equipment.
- Adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety protocols.
- Maintain effective communication, participate in team meetings, and support a positive, respectful environment.
- Engage in professional development, complete required certifications, and participate in training and orientation activities.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist, and BLS certification.
- Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
