Adoration Health, a Bright Spring Health Services affiliate, is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Savannah, GA team. You will provide patient-centered 1:1 home health care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with coverage area including Liberty, Bryan, Chatham, Effingham counties. This role emphasizes independence with team support and opportunities for growth in a compassionate home care setting.
