Memorial Health Dwaine & Cynthia Willett Children's Hospital is seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists to join one of the most advanced neonatal and pediatric programs in the Southeast. If you're passionate about caring for critically ill newborns and children while working alongside nationally recognized specialists, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. As part of our team, you'll provide life-saving respiratory care in Georgia's first Regional Perinatal Center and birthing hospital to earn the prestigious AAP-accredited Level IV Neonatal Center designation, the highest level of neonatal care available.

Our 92-bed Level IV NICU serves as the regional referral center for critically ill and premature infants across a 24-county region in Southeast Georgia and Southern South Carolina.

• Extremely premature infants born as early as 22-24 weeks gestation
• Neonates requiring complex respiratory management
• Patients with congenital anomalies requiring immediate surgical intervention High-acuity pediatric patients across our Children's Hospital continuum of care.

You’ll gain experience with:

• High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
• High-Frequency Jet Ventilation (HFJV)
• Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO)
• Advanced neonatal ventilation strategies
• Intubation and surfactant delivery
• Complex airway and neonatal resuscitation management

Experienced RTs may have opportunities to support neonatal and pediatric transport services, helping stabilize and transport critically ill patients from across our extensive referral network. This is an opportunity to work alongside multidisciplinary teams in some of the most challenging and rewarding clinical situations in pediatric healthcare.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll play an essential role in guiding patients through both routine care and critical moments. You’ll perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation across a variety of care settings.
