Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is seeking a warm, energetic, and organized part time Life Enrichment Coordinator to help create a vibrant, welcoming, and engaging community for our residents. This role supports event planning, resident engagement, and administrative functions-all aligned with our 10 Hospitality Promises and the 8 Dimensions of Wellness. This is a part time position and hours vary with mainly evening and weekend hours to support on campus and off campus events.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Life Enrichment Coordinator:

* Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly events, activities, and fitness classes

* Help prepare newsletters, communications, marketing materials, and event calendars

* Support event set‑up and break‑down (tables, chairs, décor, equipment)

* Provide exceptional hospitality to residents, families, and guests

* Assist with transporting residents to on- and off‑campus events or appointments

* Maintain organized work spaces, supplies, and equipment

* Cross‑train to support administrative and departmental needs

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

* Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)

* Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed

* Valid Georgia driver's license with a safe driving record

* Experience in senior living, hospitality, or event coordination preferred

Here are a few of the physical requirements:

* Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving event equipment

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push residents in wheelchairs

* Comfort working briefly outdoors in varied weather conditions
