Stock beverages and supplies for the bar and assist bartenders during events.;
Restock and maintain bar cleanliness, including icing wells, mopping, trash, and closet areas.;

Ensure all bar equipment is operable and bar areas meet sanitation standards before events.;
Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and alert bartenders; maintain health and safety standards.
