What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Give every guest a warm, genuine welcome and make them feel right at home
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure they’re well taken care of throughout their visit
• Support the servers by delivering delicious dishes to the table with care and a smile
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to keep the flow going smoothly
• Pitch in with prep and behind-the-scenes tasks that help everything run like clockwork

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
• You show up on time and are ready to meet the physical demands of the job
• You bring professionalism and a consistently respectful, caring attitude
• You love making people feel welcome—whether it's guests, vendors, or future teammates

Over the years, we’ve worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we’ve built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands.
