• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Work Saturday and Sunday may be mandatory;
  Must be flexible to work weekends.
• Requires ability to walk, stand, pave, push a vacuum, reach, bend; capacity to lift 25 – 35 lbs intermittently.
• Requires following verbal and written instructions.
• Requires ability to work independently (no direct supervision) and follow instructions.
• Requires excellent customer service.
• Requires knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Requires mental and physical ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education.
• Requires continuous quality and safety compliance.

• Play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation.
• Work with a friendly customer‑focused team to complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making bathrooms shine.
• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for guests and team by providing friendly, courteous service.
• Inspects visual conditions of rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assists guests with providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request.
