What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Use technology to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Manage check-in, check-out, and billing with accuracy and care
• Handle sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment transactions
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all policies, procedures, and in-service requirements
• Support front desk operations: answer main phone lines, respond to GXP, and track GSS & Trip Advisor scores

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of hotel front desk experience (preferred)
• A genuine love for meeting new people and building connections
• A positive attitude and natural customer-service flair
• Reliability, integrity, and strong team spirit
• Polished, professional manners
• The ability to anticipate guest needs and delight them with friendly, thoughtful service
• A consistently caring and respectful approach
• A gracious host mindset—for guests, vendors, and future teammates

About North Point Hospitality:

North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia. We build high-quality hotels in popular areas. Over the years, we've worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we've built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million. Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands.

We're also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned. The pay range for this role is: $16.00 per hour.
