• Engages with Bar patrons, creates and serves cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Monitors Bar stock inventory and requests replenishment of supplies as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows OSHA standards for proper storage and handling of food and beverage items.
• Ensures collection of proper payment.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of bar keeping techniques to create commonly ordered drinks
• Professionalism
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment

Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands.
