As an Evening Hotel Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel and the go-to person for our guests during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing guest reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently.
• Handling check-outs and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and dining options in Savannah.
• Addressing guest concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborating with other team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring a mix of hospitality skills and a customer-first attitude. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
