The Front Office Manager leads the day-to-day Front Desk operation at Hotel Bardo Savannah, supporting the Director of Front Office in delivering a polished, personalized, and highly engaging guest experience.

This role is ideal for an emerging Rooms leader who has built a strong foundation in luxury or upper-upscale hospitality and is ready for broader leadership responsibility.

• Lead the daily Front Desk operation and ensure a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure experience
• Maintain a highly visible presence in the lobby and engage naturally with guests throughout the day
• Coach, support, and develop Front Desk team members through real-time feedback, training, and performance conversations
• Create personalized guest experiences through thoughtful recognition, amenities, service recovery, and anticipation of guest needs
• Ensure Front Desk service consistently reflects Hotel Bardo’s luxury standards and culture
• Partner closely with the Guest Experience Manager, Night Manager, Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to support a seamless guest experience
• Serve as Manager on Duty alongside other Front Office leaders and respond to guest and operational needs with sound judgment
• Support scheduling, staffing, labor management, and daily Front Desk planning
• Monitor guest feedback and help identify opportunities to strengthen service, processes, and team performance
• Assist the Director of Front Office with recruiting, onboarding, training, departmental projects, and other leadership responsibilities
