- Closing: Making offers and welcoming new hires to the team.
- Energy: You’re a "people person" who stays upbeat and motivated.
- Speed: You can pivot quickly and handle multiple roles at once.
- Communication: You’re a pro at following up and keeping everyone in the loop.
- Experience: 3 - 5years of recruiting experience (but your drive matters most!).
