This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who understands the full scope of Human Resources and can effectively support employees, leaders, and business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work Hour Requirements

This position supports a 24-hour, multi-shift manufacturing operation. While the role maintains a primary work schedule, flexibility is required to support employee relations matters, investigations, operational needs, leadership meetings, and employee outreach across all shifts. The successful candidate must be willing to adjust work hours periodically to support business needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Employee Relations experience including:
    • Workplace investigations
    • Conflict resolution

  • Demonstrated success supporting a large employee population in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similarly dynamic environment.
  • Experience advising managers on employee relations matters and corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and related regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
