-based startup developing anAI-powered platform for real-time voice and messaging used insales and marketing. The product isalready inproduction, with active clients and live integrations. Atthis early growth stage, the company islooking for aProject Manager who will not only coordinate tasks but also play astrategic role indefining and managing the development process.

  PMPST (midnight Kyiv time).

• Build and maintain the project roadmap, especially for third-party integrations.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and stakeholders to prioritize features and align ontimelines.
• Write and maintain use case documentation.
• Participate intesting integrations and ensuring quality delivery.
• Improve and establish lightweight processes for better collaboration and visibility.

• 5+years of experience in Technical Project Management
  , including delivery ofbackend-heavy orAPI-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of
  client-server architecture
  , APIworkflows
  , JSON, and modern software delivery.
• Solid grasp of
  cloud platforms (AWS, GCP): not hands-on, but with aclear understanding of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment flows.
• Experience working in
  Agile/Scrum environments and adapting workflows for fast-moving teams.
• Confident communication in English (C1+)— frequent extended meetings with international teams.
• Experience in
  QA/testing and writing use cases isastrong advantage.

• Work directly with astrong founding team, including ex-FAANG engineers.
