Project DescriptionThis role supports business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations and ensures disaster recovery (DR) readiness for enterprise applications and infrastructure. It focuses on Dev Ops leadership, implementation of secure CI/CD practices, Azure administration, and mentoring development teams on Dev Sec Ops principles. The environment is hybrid and leverages modern cloud‑native tools and practices on Microsoft Azure.

- Lead Dev Ops practices, standards, and procedures across onshore and offshore shifts;
- Manage Git version control, branching strategies, and pipeline design best practices;
- Oversee release management including gated deployments and blue‑green/canary strategies;
- Integrate Dev Sec Ops tools such as Sonar Qube and Prisma Cloud for static code and software composition analysis;
- Perform Azure administration, including scripting (Azure CLI & Power Shell), monitoring, networking, and Key Vault configuration;
- Build and maintain Azure Dev Ops pipelines (YAML/classic), containerization using Docker, Kubernetes clusters, and Helm charts;
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
- Manage Azure Dev Ops Project (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) and ensure secure service connections and retention policies;
- Support agile practices using Azure Boards (sprint planning, backlog management);
- Ensure compliance with RBAC policies, audit controls, and security integrations;
- Troubleshoot cross‑environment issues and handle incident management with internal teams and external vendors;
- Contribute to architectural discussions, documentation, and code reviews;
- Mentor development teams in Dev Sec Ops concepts and practices;
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Dev Ops, with emphasis on Azure Dev Ops and secure cloud infrastructure;
- Strong background in scripting (Power Shell, Azure CLI), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD;
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem including networking, Key Vault, and SQL DB administration;
- Experience implementing Dev Sec Ops pipelines with static code and composition analysis tools;
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and work with vendors on incident resolution;
- Strong communication skills, documentation discipline, and mentoring ability;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST;
