• Lead, initiate, complete, and test software implementations and updates participating in agency process improvement.
• Generate, develop, and document reports from various data sources supporting standardized and customized reports.
• Provide support to end users for all software and system related issues using SSMS, SSRS, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Create and maintain databases and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure data mining and data integrity are paramount to this position.
• Consistently meet deadlines providing various data reporting formats and uploads.
