Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS) that serves over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies and governments. Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships of CIOs predominantly within the Life Sciences Industry.
- Leverage subject‑matter expertise as a former C‑Suite Executive to create service solutions for clients using all ExP products.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and developing a customized service plan.
- Conduct a mix of on‑site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, round tables and webinars.
- Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
- Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization and collaborate to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business.
- 15+ years of progressive technology exposure in consulting or CxO roles (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with in Life Science Industries; new drug development, R&D and moving projects from pre‑revenue to commercialization is ideal.
- Demonstrated exposure to large end‑to‑end transformative initiatives and leadership of critical programs.
- Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and in‑depth understanding of the IT industry, including leadership, IT operations management, strategy, trends and metrics.
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO‑level executives.
Gartner offers world‑class benefits, highly competitive compensation, and disproportionate rewards for top performers. Compensation includes a base salary range of $160,000–$194,000, with an annual bonus plan or a role‑based uncapped sales incentive. Additional benefits: generous PTO, 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, company stock options, and hybrid work flexibility.
