M365 & Azure Systems Engineer

CITITRENDS is seeking an IS Systems Engineer (M365 & Azure Platform) to join our growing IT team!

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Intune)
• Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra  (MFA, SSO, conditional access, RBAC)
• Lead and support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Strengthen security, compliance, and governance across M365 and Azure
• Support endpoint management (Intune/Endpoint Manager) and enterprise device strategy
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution
• Build automation solutions using Power Shell to improve operational efficiency
• Partner cross‑functionally to deliver projects, support store technology, and enhance user experience
• Support AI enablement (Microsoft Copilot) with a focus on governance and adoption

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise environment
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD) and identity management
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager and modern device management
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power BI a plus)
• Knowledge of security & compliance (DLP, retention, audit, eDiscovery)
• Experience supporting cloud migrations and modernization initiatives
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Power Shell preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non‑technical audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant Microsoft/Azure certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
