The Systems Administrator III serves as a senior technical leader responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of Hyundai Auto Ever America's Windows/Linux server and storage infrastructure. This role provides strategic direction for infrastructure standards, lifecycle management, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions that support Hyundai family companies. The position ensures the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of server environments while driving process improvements, supporting critical projects, coordinating with headquarters, and delivering expert-level troubleshooting and technical analysis to maintain business continuity and operational excellence.

• Provide Technical Leadership and Infrastructure Strategy by developing and implementing standards, lifecycle management plans, architectural designs, and best practices for Windows/Linux server and storage environments while aligning with corporate IT objectives and headquarters initiatives.
• Administer and Maintain Enterprise Server Infrastructure including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and print services, storage systems, and virtualization platforms to ensure optimal availability, performance, and reliability.
• Monitor, Optimize, and Troubleshoot Systems through proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and improve service delivery.
• Ensure Security, Compliance, and Disaster Recovery Readiness by implementing security controls, managing patching and vulnerability remediation, maintaining backup and recovery solutions, and supporting compliance with applicable standards and organizational policies.
• Drive Process Improvement and IT Service Management Excellence by enhancing operational procedures, supporting change and incident management processes, maintaining accurate asset inventories, and ensuring timely resolution of IT service requests through ITSM platforms.
• Develop Automation and Documentation Standards by creating scripts and automation solutions, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, documenting configurations and procedures, and sharing knowledge with team members to improve operational efficiency.
