Retail Technology & Systems Manager

Nine Line Apparel is looking for a Retail Technology & Systems Manager to own and advance the technology ecosystem that supports our growing retail and NLA × BRCC hybrid café portfolio. This role is not designed as a traditional IT help desk position; we are looking for a resourceful, hands-on technology leader who can identify opportunities, drive innovation, and execute projects that improve the customer and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with retail operations experience and will serve as the bridge between technology, store operations, and business growth. This individual will lead initiatives such as mobile ordering, drive-thru workflows, POS enhancements, subscription programs, retail system integrations, and other technology solutions that create operational efficiency and revenue opportunities. This role requires someone who can balance immediate store support needs while intentionally dedicating time toward long-term strategic projects.

The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and creating solutions in a fast-paced environment while operating with the same ownership, creativity, and resourcefulness that has defined Nine Line Apparel since day one. This position is an individual contributor role and is not intended to build or manage an IT department. The focus is on maximizing technology impact, improving retail operations, and continuously creating value for the business
