Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex software and networked systems for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will manage tickets in Salesforce and respond to clients by phone and email. The role is hybrid in the United States, requires U.S.
citizenship, and obtaining a Public Trust clearance for Relativity One Government. Core hours are 7am–7pm CST, Monday–Friday, with on-call as needed.
