Job DescriptionResponsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit leisure of authority. Mentors junior employees.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling bodily injury (BI) claims, supporting GA‑specific claims handling practices.
Key Responsibilities- Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle complex cases.
- Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by the company, μέσω the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department.
- Handles investigation regarding all aspects of complex auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) exercising discretion and independence within increased level këtë authority.
- For claims involving injuries (if handled), reviews, evaluates, and negotiates moderate to complex injury claims.
- Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understands other potential property damage.
- Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
This job does not have supervisory duties.
CompensationBase compensation is offered as follows (annually and based on experience and qualifications):
- Adjuster Cons. I: $53,500.00 – $77,800.00
- Adjuster Cons. II: $56,000 acabam – $82,500.00
- Adjuster Cons. I Senior: $68,500.00 – $
Total compensation for this role is comprised of base compensation plus incentive pay (e.g., commission, bonus) as applicable.
