Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Prominent Savannah, Georgia law firm seeks partner-level construction attorney with portable book of business and capacity to assume additional clients from a senior partner. Must have experience primarily in multi-million dollar contract negotiations, including AIA and non-AIA contracts, and drafting, secondarily in payment and performance bond claims, mechanic’s liens claims and collection, and tertiarily with litigation and arbitration of construction disputes.
Current and past firm clients include contractors, private owners and developers, state and local public entities, bonding companies, design professionals, and subcontractors/suppliers with projects involving the construction of hotels, municipal arenas, hospitals and medical facilities, multifamily housing projects, and large office buildings.
With over 50 attorneys, the firm has a sophisticated and diverse client base, offers an excellent benefits package, and competitive compensation. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia.
