Position Summary

Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Savannah, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Delivery Specialist to join our Logistics Team. This position is responsible for coordinating customer shipments, supporting on-time delivery, ensuring material availability, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate system transactions through SAP and related inventory systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery management, inventory control, logistics operations, and ERP/SAP systems. Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support JIS/JIT delivery requirements and ensure material availability based on production and customer demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels at both the plant site and customer site.
  • Manage purchase orders for trading goods and ensure accurate tracking and follow‑up.
  • Review customer sales, shipment requirements, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and transactions in SAP, including the SD Module and related ERP systems.
  • Communicate with internal departments, customers, and logistics partners regarding shipment status, delivery issues, material shortages, and schedule changes.
  • Support logistics operations to prevent delivery delays, shortages, or customer line interruptions.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and material movement tracking.
  • Coordinate with team members and support personnel to ensure efficient daily delivery and inventory operations.
  • Identify delivery or inventory risks and elevate concerns to management in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in delivery management, logistics, inventory control, production control, or related field.
  • Experience using inventory management systems such as MWS, ERP, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to review customer demand, shipment schedules, and inventory status accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to on-time delivery.
  • Ability to work professionally with internal teams, customers, and logistics providers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with SAP SD Module.
  • Knowledge of JIS/JIT delivery processes.
  • Experience with customer delivery coordination and material availability planning.
  • Prior experience supporting logistics operations or personnel coordination.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates in a manufacturing and office environment. The employee may be required to work in production, warehouse, shipping, and customer‑support areas as needed and must communicate with Production Control, Logistics, Production, Quality, Materials, and customer representatives.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed.
  • Ability to use a computer and office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to enter production, warehouse, and shipping areas while following all PPE and safety requirements.
