Full‑time position with varying shifts. Pay range: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour, with additional premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour possible depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

  Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and remain flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert
  :
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future production and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie
  :
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner
  :
  Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, product location, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador
  :
  Demonstrate brand advocacy; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification.
