In addition, this role manages the supply vendor relationship, overseeing the procurement and availability of non-edible operational supplies such as packaging, cleaning supplies, napkins, and other items that support daily store and kitchen operations. The Category Manager also serves as a secondary support resource for the prepared food program, assisting with execution and operational needs as directed, though this is not a primary focus of the role.
