Demand Planner

A growing manufacturing and distribution organization is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to manage forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment across an assigned product portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and suppliers to balance customer demand, inventory levels, supplier capacity, and service expectations.

• Lead monthly demand forecasting and support the SIOP/S&OP process

• Develop and maintain forecasts at the product and SKU level.
• Manage inventory, safety stock, replenishment, and SKU stocking strategies
  .
• Analyze supplier lead times, capacity, and potential supply constraints.
• Monitor inventory health, service levels, inventory turns, profitability, and cash flow.
• Support new product launches and changes to the product portfolio.
• Maintain accurate data and planning parameters within replenishment systems.
• Analyze market trends and changing demand to support inventory and purchasing decisions.
• Communicate forecast changes and supply risks across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across forecasting and inventory planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of demand planning, inventory management, and/or international procurement experience.
• Experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, safety stock, and replenishment
  .
• Experience with ERP, replenishment, or supply chain planning systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  .
• SIOP/S&OP experience strongly preferred.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM and/or ISM CPSM certification preferred.
