Base Pay Range: $13.00/hr - $13.00/hr

Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition office working areas and washrooms. Duties involve a combination of the following:
Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms offices using established practices and procedure.
• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; refill restroom dispensers, etc.
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
• Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis.
• Wash accessible interior and exterior windows.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory, cleaning supplies and paper products, for specific assigned work areas; re-supply when needed.
• Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices & ensure standards are maintained for the department.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established company policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.

• Must be able to take and follow directions.
• Must be able to identify and understand chemicals.
• Must have knowledge of custodial equipment.
