Overview
Cleans, maintains, and restores carpeted and hard flooring surfaces, using a variety of materials, cleaning agents, and equipment according to procedures.
EducationGraduate Equivalent - GED 9 to 11 years of school - Preferred
Experience1-2 Years Scrubbing, polishing, stripping, and waxing floors of all types - Required
License & CertificationNone Required
Core Job Functions- Performs all routine cleaning and periodic maintenance of hard surface floors and carpets.
- Cleans and sanitize assigned area according to standards. Collects and transports regular and regulated medical waste.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to use floor care equipment.
- Be courteous to patients, co-workers and visitors.
