Overview
Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) at Olympus Fenwick oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community and achieves property maintenance goals. Focus is ensuring apartments, common areas, and grounds are properly maintained, managing turn-key operations, and scheduling and leading repair/renovation work of both maintenance employees and outside contractors.

Your Purpose & General Responsibilities- Embody the Olympus Property Core Values:
Customer Care, Teamwork, Trust, Family, Fun - Manage maintenance operations in compliance with all state, federal, and local laws, rules, and regulations
- Regularly inspect the property to ensure required maintenance and repairs are completed
- Order, purchase, and maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts, and supplies
- Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly workloads for maintenance staff
- Communicate and contract with third-party supplier partners
- Monitor and track service requests
- Perform preventative maintenance and oversee turn-key operations
- Keep storage and maintenance shop areas neat, well-stocked, clean, and organized
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly property inspections
- Maintain grounds, irrigation systems, interior and exterior structures, appliances, pools, and other common areas
- Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Adhere to property policies and inspect property safety and security
- Work with office staff and Property Business Manager to ensure show units and vacant move-in ready units are complete
- Utilize software systems to track reports, inventory, and action items
- Full-time availability, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (hours may vary slightly)
- Minimum 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance and/or apartment maintenance supervisor role
- EPA/HVAC certification

Initial pay range: $33 per hour (location and experience dependent). Eligible team members may receive monthly and quarterly bonuses.
