Position: Lead Generator (Part-time)

Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Show Worker is responsible for generating new leads for Bath Fitter at malls, shows, and exhibits and setting up appointments for free in‑home estimates.

Reporting Relationship

The Show Worker reports directly to the Event Manager.

FLSA Status

Hourly / Non‑Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work displays at shows & events.
  • Provide interested prospects with information on Bath Fitter products and services.
  • Collect the name and contact information of potential customers interested in a free in‑home estimate.
  • Book appointments for estimates directly at the show / event whenever possible.
  • Ensure the Bath Fitter display is clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist in the set‑up and take‑down of displays as required.
  • Meet company standards for accountability for the following:
    • Productivity (leads per hour).
    • Professionalism.
    • Quality of cards received (complete name, address, phone number and email address each time).
    • Insure proper source code is identified on each card received to accurately reflect performance of each venue.
  • Abide by all Bath Fitter policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures.
  • Realize the Show Worker’s role as the personal representative of Bath Fitter while in uniform and act accordingly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/ or ability required.

  • Education and/or Experience – High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, memoranda, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, illustrated or schedule form.
  • Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet and word processing software.
