• Maintains cleanliness and deep cleaning schedule for all areas to include offices, reception, break rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, hallways, smoothie bar, exercise and treatment rooms, and storage areas as required.
• Cleans all internal and external areas of center, including walkways, entry areas, and parking lots.
• Applies proper cleaning techniques for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, stripping and waxing, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing and disinfecting.
• Restocks toilet paper, towels, soap, lotion, sanitizer other items as needed.
• Assists in litter pick up for all building exterior areas to include sidewalks, lawn areas, parking lot, waste receptacles and entryways.
• Maintains appropriate inventory of cleaning supply levels and communicates order needs to manager.
• Reports all emergencies, damages, equipment repairs, maintenance needs, or safety issues immediately to manager.
• Adheres to and maintains the Club’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Follows all established safety guidelines and protocols.
• Complies with departmental uniform and appearance standards.
• Presents a friendly demeanor and shows genuine interest in the members’ needs or questions and always attempts to accommodate any reasonable request.
• Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of cleaning, custodial, janitorial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• Very organized and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written direction in English.
• Works effectively as a team with all departmental employees.
• Able to operate standard cleaning tools and use cleaning chemicals according to safe work practices.
• Able to work nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.

• Able to stand and/or walk 80% of shift.
• Able to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and upward reaching 80% of shift.'

Full-time position.

Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Flexibility to meet scheduling needs is required.
