Overview

Harris & Co Executive Search is seeking to fill a leadership role with a high-performance civil infrastructure firm that has driven regional growth for nearly 100 years. The company operates as a go-to heavy-highway contractor across multiple states with a diverse footprint including asphalt manufacturing, paving, concrete and steel structures, design-build, grading and utilities, and related services.

You will be brought on to kick start and expand an entire new regional division with license to lead and influence its direction.

• Lead and expand a new regional division within a major civil infrastructure organization.
• Provide strategic direction and executive leadership to drive growth and performance across the region.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional initiatives with company objectives.

• Experience in senior leadership roles within civil engineering/construction environments.
• Track record of building and scaling regional operations or business units.
• Strategic planning and high-level project management experience.
