Construction Superintendent

• Internal Crew Management: Directly manage and lead internal crews across all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Full Scope Project Oversight: Be responsible for the entire project, including logistics, scheduling, material procurement, and communications with the owner.
• Financial Management: Possess experience in managing project financials, which is a key indicator of internal crew management experience.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure all work is performed safely and meets the highest quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent, specifically managing internal crews on construction projects.
• Experience in the pipeline and/or trenchless construction sectors is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in or relocate to the high-priority market of Savannah, GA, or the Atlanta, GA area.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is competitive and set at the market midpoint (salaries above $150,000 are generally considered General Superintendent level).
