Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

The Project Manager is responsible for managing all phases of commercial HVAC projects from planning to execution to close‑out. This position requires very strong planning, management, and communication abilities. Responsible for all deliverables of the project.

• Manages projects' net revenue of $500k to $10-20MM+.
• Satisfies stakeholder expectations.
• Optimizes the use of organizational resources.
• Capable of effectively managing constraints.
• Responsible for project team; leads the team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring standardization by following processes and holding accountability.
• Responsible for timely and clear information processing and distribution.
• Professional and courteous communicator: verbal and written.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and activities.
• Makes decisions and executes tasks to maintain projects’ schedules and budgets.
• Self-sufficient in daily operations that pertain to this position.
• Responsible for the technical and financial sides of the project.
• Continuously maintains and helps grow strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Trains and guides other team members.
• Develops or helps the team develop procurement schedule; tracks and monitors.
• Initiates, executes, and concludes buy‑out process.
• Ensures no gaps are left in our scope of work and our retainage is released in a timely manner.
• Documents and distributes lessons learned with all team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Understanding of project management.
• Experience with driving financial results.
• Willingness to travel.
• PMP preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Project Management.

• Able to comprehend and speak English.
• Demonstrates ability to effectively build plans for one to two years into the future.
• Demonstrates interdepartmental collaboration skills and the ability to manage cross functional relationships.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of company's financial goals and how to build profitability.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion.
• Effective communication skills, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, MS Project, Adobe, Sage PJ/Job Cost, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, Procore.
• Ability to interact effectively with general contractors, labor subcontractors and the internal team.
• Requires attention to detail in trades coordination.
• Demonstrates organizational and leadership aptitude.
• Has general knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to anticipate and be proactive to minimize conflict, problem field conditions, errors and omission issue on drawings and specifications.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, memos, drawings.
• Ability to write moderately complex correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to general contractors, labor subcontractors, and the internal team.
