Service Master Recovery Management is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a yet to be opened restoration and reconstruction office in the Savannah, GA Area of Southeast Georgia. This role has full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and insurance carrier-driven work across residential and commercial losses.

• Lead daily restoration and reconstruction operations
• Manage branch P&L, job costing, and budgets
• Ensure insurance carrier compliance, estimating accuracy, and cycle times
• Build relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners
• Recruit, train, and lead branch staff
• Ensure safety, quality, and Service Master brand standards

• 5+ years of restoration or construction leadership experience
• Strong insurance carrier and claims workflow knowledge
• Xactimate and job costing experience preferred
• IICRC certifications a plus
