Distribution Center Operations Manager

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Distribution Center Operations Manager search in the Savannah, Georgia area.

• Execute the operational strategy of the distribution center ensuring safety, labor, and fiscal management of human and physical assets
• Plan for labor, supplies, and equipment based on sales forecasts, inventory availability and customer delivery expectations
• Provide guidance to the distribution team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for annual budget development and manage P&L

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience with strategic leadership in a distribution center, Warehouse Operation, or similar operation
• Experience with Profit & Loss
