About the Role

As a Workplace Experience & Culture Specialist at Easygo, you will serve as the heartbeat of our employee experience, designing programs that drive engagement, celebrate diversity, and create genuine connections among team members while aligning with our values and working fully on site in Melbourne CBD.

• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and DEI teams to deliver an inclusive onboarding experience and advance diversity, equality, and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and execute year‑round activities, events, and recognition programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and social connection.
• Ensure all programs promote cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and align with company values.
• Measure success via feedback and metrics, using insights to continuously improve the workplace experience.
• Partner with the Workplace Experience Facilities Specialist to support organisational change management and communication efforts.
• Foster a fun, supportive environment encouraging participation and celebrating achievements.

• Experience in an Office Management or Workplace Experience role within a corporate environment of similar size or larger.
• Strong knowledge of office and business procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

• Experience or knowledge in Sports & Gambling.
• Cryptocurrency knowledge.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Slack, and Jira.
