Plant Manager

Looking for an experienced and results-oriented Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Savannah, Georgia. The role ensures safe, efficient, compliant production of high-quality dental and medical devices, drives operational excellence, and supports growth initiatives.

• Strategic growth of the manufacturing facility, partnering with business partners and Henry Schein Manufacturing global organization to support business growth and supply chain excellence.
• Plan strategic investment at the site to enable growth and future manufacturing initiatives; present business cases to drive investment.
• Provide site oversight for Production and Operations Management: direct site leadership and teams on production output, product quality, and on-time shipping in a metric-driven operation.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other industry standards.
• Design resource allocation effectively to achieve production goals.
• Build organizational capabilities and talent to support business requirements today and for future projected growth.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage the plant's budget, including labor, materials, and operational expenses.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Prepare and present financial and operational reports for leadership.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet or exceed regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead and participate in regulatory audits and inspections.

• 12+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing, supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership and management skills in a high growth and dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage relationships across a matrix reporting structure.
• Track record of introducing and implementing strategic initiatives in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Analytical skills for data review and process optimization.

A minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility and complexity in any applicable professional experience; at least 3 years of management experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in related discipline;
