With a projected 1,000 locations by 2030, our client is one of the fastest-growing neighborhood bakery café concepts in the world. Their mission is to bring expertly crafted baked and brewed goods through a warm and welcoming café experience that delivers joy to every guest.

We are seeking a high-energy, people-focused District Manager in the Atlanta, GA area to oversee corporate café operations, support franchise partners, and lead a high-performing district team. What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Performance: Maximize revenue, cash flow, and profitability across assigned district cafés through effective financial planning, inventory management, and P&L oversight.
• Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Lead corporate talent development, talent acquisition, and retention. Identify training needs and provide continuous coaching for Café Managers and operations personnel.
• Franchise Partner Support: Support franchise owners and General Managers with training curricula, skill evaluations, performance management tools, and brand standard execution.
• Maintain High Standards: Consistently inspect and elevate regional operational, health/safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.
• Local Marketing & Systems: Partner with managers to execute targeted local sales/marketing plans. Utilize POS systems (Toast experience preferred) and inventory planning tools to streamline store operations.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as an active, visible, and approachable leader who embodies core brand values of warmth, community, and continuous development.

What You Need to Have

• Experience: 5–7 years of progressive operational experience in high-volume retail, restaurant, bakery/café, or hospitality environments.
• Multi-Unit Leadership: 3–5 years of direct multi-unit management experience overseeing managers and decentralized operational teams.

  Hands-on experience with P&L management, inventory forecasting, and Point of Sale (POS) systems (
  Toast POS experience highly preferred
  ).
• Leadership Style: High emotional intelligence (EQ), an adaptive management style, and a proven track record of coaching, inspiring, and transparently communicating with diverse teams.
• Mobility: Ability to travel/commute across all local corporate and franchise locations within the district, including upcoming openings.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of relevant multi-unit management experience.
