JOB PURPOSE:

To manage all aspects of regional team responsible for the approval processes for OPITO Competence Management System Approval and OPITO Approved Centres in line with the ISO 9001 QMS while ensuring the delivery of the regional business plan.

To lead and manage OPITO's Quality Assurance function across the Americas, ensuring the integrity, consistency and effectiveness of the approval and audit processes for training centres and competence management system organisations. The role is responsible for developing a high‑performing regional QA team, maintaining compliance with OPITO and ISO 9001 requirements, and working closely with industry stakeholders to drive safety, competence and workforce standards across the energy sector.
