Manages franchised fast food establishment by performing the following duties personally or through other unit leadership and team members.
Duties
Directs, coordinates, and participates in preparation of all types of food served or prepared by individual unit; collection of monies from in-house or take-out customers. Coordinates activities of team members, keeps business records, coordinates ordering, purchasing and inventory of supplies.
