• Performs assembly, fitting, drilling, and riveting of aircraft structural components and sheet metal parts, ensuring all work meets FAA requirements, customer specifications, and company quality standards.

• Interprets blueprints and work orders to determine proper procedures, aligns and assembles components using jigs and fixtures, and verifies defect-free installations prior to final inspection while accurately maintaining production logs and labor records.

• Working under moderate supervision, the mechanic supports Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and demonstrates strong technical skills in structural fabrication and repair.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1 year related structural assembly experience

• Experience working with Solumina and Smarteam preferred.

• Driver’s License required.
