** What You'll Be Doing
*** Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities
* Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling
* Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment
* Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
* Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations and equipment
* Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
* Dependable work habits with strong teamwork and communication skills
* Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in variable conditions
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $18.06 to $24.24 per hour
