You will serve as a skilled craftsman, building custom aluminum and steel frameworks for premium architectural systems installed across the Southeast. This role allows you to take pride in high-precision work while contributing to a team-driven environment with a 50-year legacy of quality. • Weld and assemble custom aluminum and steel frames for awnings, canopies, and pergolas.
• Grind, sand, and finish metal surfaces to ensure every project meets premium production standards.
• Interpret basic shop drawings and fabrication specifications to maintain high-quality accuracy.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and grinders safely and efficiently within the fabrication workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline material handling and optimize production workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment to prevent hazards and improve efficiency.

• Previous professional welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Proficient grinding, sanding, and finishing metal surfaces.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating various fabrication equipment.
• Strong basic math, measuring, and layout skills for precision assembly.
• Ability to read and accurately understand detailed shop drawings.

• Experience in architectural fabrication or specialty construction environments.
• Advanced skills in aluminum welding specifically for custom frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with layout preparation for complex structures.
