1st Shift Outbound Material Handler-; PTO

Join us as a 1st Shift Outbound Material Handler at Webstaurant Store.

The Outbound Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that all orders are picked, consolidated, packed, and shipped accurately and promptly to ensure smooth outbound operations. This role requires the use of warehouse systems and equipment, including Powered Industrial Trucks.

• Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Retrieve items from racking accurately using handheld scanners and ERP systems, on foot or with forklift
• Sort and consolidate items for shipment
• Pack products securely using SPS system, ensuring excellent customer experience
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and following protocols
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work with team members and leadership to meet departmental goals
• Follow all company policies
• Support other departments and undertake additional duties as needed

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours/day
• Communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
• Use hands for grasping and manipulations
• Bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach regularly
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs regularly

• 1+ year in a distribution environment preferred
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability and emotional intelligence
• Customer service orientation
