Job Title: Entry Level Manufacturing Assembly Associate
Location: Pooler, GA
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Day shifts only, 6 AM to 6 PM (Rotating shift – must be available to work weekends)
OverviewJoin our team as an Entry Level Manufacturing Assembly Associate! Perfect for those new to manufacturing, you’ll support our busy production area. We’re looking for candidates who have basic math skills, can measure accurately, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Learn and follow procedures for making products
- Operate and assemble with guidance
- Check and ensure quality with our team
- Assist in equipment care
- Collaborate to reach team goals
- Communicate with supervisors and teammates
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Enjoy working in a team environment
