RTCA in Washington state is seeking a 5 Axis Mill/Lathe Setup Machinist (Weekend Swing Shift) to independently set up and operate CNC machines producing precision aerospace components at our Fife, WA facility.
The role requires strong knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, GD&T, and the ability to work with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to maintain safety, accuracy, and productivity; you will run 4‑ and 5‑axis machines and perform first article inspections.
