• Efficiently perform production operations according to Work Instructions (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Perform in‑process monitoring and recording of product quality
• Report deviations in product from established standards
• Follow safe work and good housekeeping practices and report any unsafe conditions and incidents
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Take on any other duties within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience – Desired
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, are required
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) on a regular and consistent basis
